How to start trading?
In order to be able to sell securities you will
need:
- a valid personal identification card,
- current account number (to which the money is to be transferred
if the securities are sold and you do not wish to reinvest),
- securities PIN (Personal Identification Number provided to
you by CDA - central Depository Agency)
There are two specific situations in which further
documents are required:
- a document from the Centre for Social Care which proves that
a legal representative has custody over a child and that he/she can sell shares
on the child's behalf in case the child is a minor.
To open an investor's account with the CDA (Central Depository
Agency) you need to deliver a copy of your valid personal identification
card to the brokerage company (by fax, e-mail or personally).
After you open your account you will be given your PIN for securities
trading.
When opening an investor's account with the CDA for legal entities
register number, excerpt from the Court Register and the list
of authorized signatures of the company is required.
In order to buy securities you will need to:
- have a valid personal identification card,
- transfer the needed amount of money to the Antea brokeri
Ltd. customer account
(2382001-1300003860 or 2360000 - 1300053842)
When buying securities you will be registered as an owner 3 days
after the transaction took place (settlement is T+3). Never the
less you are, of course, able to sell your securities right after
you bought them (the same day). |
