Buying securities

In order to buy securities it is necessary to do the following:

  • Issue an order to the broker to buy securities (via e-mail, fax, post or telephone),
  • Transfer the needed amount of money to the Antea brokeri Ltd. customer account 2360000-1300053842 (purpose: securities trading).
  • When transferring funds make sure to state your name and surname, and use the number used for identification in your personal identification card (for individuals/natural persons) or registration number (for legal entities) as the reference number

The order issued is considered to be accepted by the broker when he receives it under condition that it contains all the necessary elements for trading to take place (the data on security, quantity, price and special terms of trade if they are any) and that the money for the purchase of the securities and coverage of the transaction costs has been transferred to the customer account of the brokerage company you are doing business with.

After the order had been issued, the funds must be transferred (the market value of the securities plus the broker's commission or fee) to the customer account of the Antea brokeri Ltd. (2360000-1300053842), before the securities can be bought. When the transaction is completed, the broker will take the necessary steps to register the new owner of the securities with the CDA and with the company which issued the securities.

The investor will be notified that the transaction took place by the broker immediately and after settlement by the CDA (a letter will be sent to the address specified in the personal identification card).
